COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS
Complaint
Once received a complaint, a communication (no more than 48 hours after received the complaint) to the interested party acknowledging receipt and confirming that investigation will be made.
If the compliant is related to any process of PSR, the investigation is open in order to find the root cause. When the investigation is close, a communication to the interested party, indicating the results of the investigation as well as the actions to be taken, if needed, inform also the Flag State Administration.
If the compliant is not related to the processes of PSR, communicate at the interested party the reasons why the complaint does not proceed and the case is close.
Appeal
Once received an appeal, a communication (no more than 48 hours after received the appeal) to the interested party acknowledging receipt and confirming that investigation will be made.
When the investigation is close, a communication to the interested party, indicating the results of the investigation as well as the actions to be taken, if needed, inform also the Flag State Administration.
