SURVEYORS AND AUDITORS REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMEMENT FOR APPLY AS PSR SURVEYORS
- Copy of the curriculum vitae.
- Copy of the Certificate of the Nautical School that you assisted duly notarized or apostille.
- Certification from a Recognized Organization or Classification Society stating types of surveys performed by you (initial, intermediate, annual, renewal) for a period of at least one year, accordingly at the IMO Resolution MSC.349(92).
- Certification form companies in which you have worked for a period of not less than three years at sea as Captain, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, First Engineer or Certification from a Company in that it certify that you have been related to the marine world for a period of at least three year.
- Copy of the Nautical Officer Certificate of Competency.
- Copy of the certificates in statutory certification and special courses of survey on board of vessel, (initial, intermediate, annual, renewal) accordingly at the IMO Resolution MSC.349(92).
- Copy of all certificates relative to the marine world that you have.
- 1 Photo (small size).
REQUIREMEMENT FOR APPLY AS PSR ISM-SURVEYOR
- Copy of the curriculum vitae.
- Copy of the Certificate of the Nautical School that you assisted duly notarized or apostille.
- Copy of the Nautical Officer Certificate of Competency.
- Copy of the certificates in statutory certification and special courses of survey on board of vessel, (initial, intermediate, annual, renewal) accordingly at the IMO Resolution MSC.349(92).
- Copy of all certificates relative to the marine world that you have.
- Copy of the course’s certificate of Auditor ISM.
- Copy of the course’s certificate of Auditor ISO 9000.
- Letter of experience as ISO auditor and ISM Auditor.
- 1 Photo (small size).
REQUIREMEMENT FOR APPLY AS PSR ISPS SURVEYOR
- Copy of the curriculum vitae.
- Copy of the Certificate of the Nautical School that you assisted duly notarized or apostille.
- Copy of the Nautical Officer Certificate of Competency
- Copy of all certificates relative to the marine world that you have.
- Copy of the course’s certificate of Auditor ISM.
- Copy of the course’s certificate CSO.
- Copy of the course’s certificate SSO.
- Copy of the course’s certificate of Auditor ISO 9000.
- Copy of the course’s certificate of Auditor ISPS.
- Letter of experience as ISO auditor, ISM Auditor and ISPS Auditor.
